Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that during high-demand canning seasons, processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the carrier selected:

Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited U.S. Shipping: 2–3 business days

Canada Shipping: 7–14 business days (delivery times vary by region and customs processing)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Superb is not responsible for carrier or customs delays once your order has left our facility.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $149 (before taxes and after discounts) within the continental United States.
Free shipping offers do not apply to orders shipping to Canada.
Taxes and Duties

U.S. Orders: Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to states where required by law.

Canadian Orders: Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your local government. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Superb is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other international destinations at this time.
Order Changes and Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we’re unable to make changes to the address or items.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). Include your order number, photos of the packaging (if applicable), and details of the issue.
We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Delays and Seasonal Volume
During peak canning months, order volume and carrier delays may extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your lids and supplies shipped promptly.
